Oregon State Fair Resuluts

We had a great time competing in the state fair this year, We placed in the top 10 in three of the four meats.
We placed  fourth in Chicken, eighth in pork, and tenth in ribs. We tied for seventh in pork and tied for ninth in ribs. We had a blast, and we plan on competing in the showdown at Juarez canyon in two weekends from now.
We Learned a lot and competed against some great groups of people. we look forward to seeing everyone and being able to make good lifetime long friends.

We Placed in Brisket

This was our first competition and we Placed in the top six out of twenty cooks for brisket! this was a very fun and exciting day for us. Our first competition and we hope to have many more years of cookouts!

 My Wife and I both really enjoyed ourselves and we both look forward to our next opportunity to participate in another PNWBA sanctioned event.
