We are a local Christian BBQ Competition team as well as catering vendor here in Milwaukie, OR. We Want to bring honor to the Lord as well as bring people good old fashioned hickory smoked BBQ. We like to smoke the food at a Low temperature for a long cook,this will bring a very moist and tender BBQ.
